Jump All In! es un programa de dos fases diseñadas para promover la expansión y el crecimiento de nuestros emprendedores culinarios.
La primera fase busca equipar a los participantes con todo el conocimiento que necesitan para desarrollar sus negocios:
Charlas con colegas de la industria.
Acceso a mentores que te darán herramientas para potenciar tu propuesta culinaria.
Estructura y herramientas para cimentar las bases del crecimiento.
El currículo de la segunda fase de centra en temas de expansión o puesta en marcha de sus negocios culinarios:
Charlas enfocadas en bienes raíces, diseño de restaurantes, procesos, financiamiento y sociedades.
Serás parte de nuestra red de egresados y participarás de actividades exclusivas que fomentarán tu crecimiento.

Open your business
We will offer you a kiosk in Lote 23 so that you can sell and put into practice everything you learn every day.
Get help from experts
Our program has high-level mentors who will share their knowledge with you through talks and 1-on-1 time.
Become a successful culinary leader and entrepreneur
Our educational curriculum covers all the key topics you need to know so you can become a leader and run a successful business.
What can you expect from the program?
During the first 6 months we want to equip you with all the knowledge you need to develop your business.
You will take talks on Mondays and you will be able to put that knowledge into practice during the week in your business.
You will have access to mentors who will open doors for you to get partners, capital, and important resources to delegate and focus on what will really take you to grow your business.
We will offer you a kiosk in Lote 23 so that you can sell and put into practice everything you learn every day. If you have a space where your business is already operating, you can choose to participate in the curriculum only.
After the first six months, if you meet the expectations and metrics of the program, you move on to the second phase. This phase, of 6 additional months, is focused on creating and executing a personalized growth plan for you and your business and that you continue to be successful outside of the Lot 23 program.
